Edie’s is run by acclaimed chef Nigel Brown, who returned to his home county after an international career to create the kind of restaurant he wanted to visit himself.
Nigel is joined by his wife Kelly, whose warmth and years of hospitality experience shape the relaxed, thoughtful service. Their daughter Edie—the restaurant’s namesake—makes this a true family venture.
